Passionate about Victoria's cities, towns and neighbourhoods, and with a keen interest in the built environment, Joshua is a planning lawyer who advises a diverse array of clients throughout the planning and development process.
Joshua thrives on working collaboratively to solve complex planning challenges and regularly works with expert witnesses, barristers and multidisciplinary consultant teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients before VCAT, planning panels and advisory committees. He also advises on statutory planning and property development issues including existing use rights, restrictive covenants and easements.
Drawing on experience in planning law, strategic planning and infrastructure advisory, Joshua joined PPP from Norton Rose Fulbright’s planning and environment practice, prior to which he worked in a consultancy firm preparing business cases and demographic analysis to support infrastructure investment decisions.
Outside the office, Joshua is an architectural and street photography enthusiast, a local history tragic and is always on the lookout to expand his vintage map and furniture collection.
