Zoning anomalies within the area, concerns for commuter parking and the insertion of dual eight-level apartment complex in the fine-grain heritage of Brunswick South.
Important issues of zoning, heritage, car-parking, traffic and access were successfully resolved through the council application process by Planning & Property Partners. Careful considered planning and process meant that there was no recourse to VCAT necessary.
