Working collaboratively with local government and VicRoads to obtain subdivision and related industrial development approvals whilst under significant time constraints and commercial contractual obligations.
PPP's Outcome
Development approvals were obtained on time and to the clients expectations. The ability to deliver integrated planning and legal services by Planning & Property Partners, was integral to the successful outcome of this project.
