The Challenge
To realise the value of the Silverwater site Planning & Property Partners had to effect a rezoning away from rural/farming to a new freehold title arrangement - all against a backdrop of a group of skeptical investors and owners.
PPP's Outcome
Planning & Property Partners adopted a combined planning scheme amendment and permit application strategy that steered the process through both local council and the state government. This ended a long running issue, realised the freehold objective and free up planning scheme control options for further development approvals.
