The Challenge
Proposal was taken to VCAT, requiring a careful consideration of the Yarra River environs and the iconic Skipping Girl sign. Project was separately dependent on negotiating and securing agreement on crown land purchase which required Council and State support.
PPP's Outcome
PPP project managed the VCAT planning approval, negotiations with government bodies and preparation of agreements.
