Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist us in the day to day running of the practice.
The position has a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Answer and direct calls on a multi-line telephone system;
Process mail and organise courier deliveries
Assist with Statement of Service
Stationery ordering and stock control
Organise training attendaces
Organise external printers
Assist he para-legal with VCAT processes

Experience in MS Word and Excel is required and special consideration will be given to LEAP experience.
If you have the following experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Be a self starter;
Focussed on the task at hand;
able to work autonomously;
Have a high level of attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Demonstrable technical aptitude (Microsoft Office) and administrative skills;
Law experience preferred but not essential.
