The Challenge
Issues were encountered at both the council and VCAT predominately questioning the planning height alongside the longstanding low scale heritage context, along with issues of bulk, amenity, and traffic access on nearby and adjoining properties.
PPP's Outcome
Design excellence prevailed and this highly responsive architectural design was found to sit comfortably alongside the existing heritage fabric of the Melbourne inner suburb of Collingwood.
